I went and grabbed WinPatrol, a really good program I found a while back. It installed successfully and I'm doing all good, and then spybot pops up and says:
Spybot - Search and Destroy has detected an Important registry entry that has been changed:
Category: System Startup global entry
Change: Value Changed
Entry: WinPatrol
Old Data: C:\Program Files (x86)\BillP Studios\WinPatrol.exe -expressboot
New Data: C:\Program Files (x86)\BillP Studios\winpatrol.exe -expressboot
I haven't denied or allowed anything because I just don't know what it is. I don't see any reason why it would change the .exe like that. Is this normal? Or do I have a virus that's doing this?
