Need help with boot image.

Okay guys, I've got this custom image I found well files I found and it's a boot image. I will attach them and show a preview of the image below.

Does anyone know how to change the loading image?

Not the login, the loading image that says Starting windows 7

I've done it. There's a tut on google somewhere. I'll try to find it and re do it.
