Buy more=cheaper ?
$30x2 =$60
The individual cost is usually cheaper.

for f**k sake. If a customer buys more of the same product, then the producer will offer it to them at a discounted rate. So for the 30 students its 30*individual license cost (50) = 1500. The discount was 50% so the price the producer offered the consumer was 750, if the user chose 50 license deal, 50 * 50 = 2500, the price was 1000 so the user only pays 40% of the 2500, when the number of users 100, 100 * 50 = 5000, the price they offered is 1500, so the consumer only pays 30% of the 5000.

As the number of licenses per purchase goes up the percentage they pay goes down, 50-40-30. The indivdual price is still $50 but their paying less for a larger quanity.

= Bulk Buying
