Install a hardware lister called "lshw"

how to install

"yum install lshw" for fedora

"sudo apt-get install lshw" for ubuntu/kubuntu

to run it simply open a terminal and as a super user type lshw

No, it's for any Linux distribution. Just use the package manager that matches your distro.

I know but its not in all the Repos. Some distros don't have repos.
