Getting over fears.

So i recently (Last night..) Got over a fear that i have had for oh... 3-4 years. It was something reeeeeeeeeeeeeally stupid, so unless people ask, i won't say.

Now looking back does anyone else wonder why there old fears don't make sense, it seems like something that i should be able to do right?
