A more appropriate title for this thread would be "How can I reset <OS> Password?", and posted in the appropriate Operating system forum, as this has to do with software. If you are running Windows seven, try to boot in Safe Mode as Administrator. The Administrator password should be the one you set when you first booted, otherwise it should be blank. Start the Command Prompt (Start>Run>"CMD") Type "net user" Find your name then type "net user <username> *" It should prompt you for a new password. Remember not to type the inverted commas ("")

Dude, that reason is legit enough....
You could try using OPHCrack for windows Vista, but no gaurentees... http://sourceforge.net/projects/ophcrack...o/download Burn to a CD using an ISO writer then boot from it.
So "my friend changed the password and i cant get him then my mum locked me out"?
Something dont quite smell right here. Might go check my pants?

Run as safe mode then change it from there.
