Tablet [Budget:$500-600]

Ok, Since I don't have the money for a really nice laptop, (saving up for a really expensive one) I was wondering if I could find a really nice Tablet Pc. I really don't know anything about them. Just played around with them before. If you could help me out it would be appreciated. I have $500, but I could pay up to $600.

Are they the touch screen laptops with the swivel screens?
If so I advise against. One of my mates had one for work. Got about 6 weeks out of it before it started annoying him, now its about to die!
The hinge is stuffed and can barely hold the screen if you touch it, and the touch screen needs to be "flicked" with your nail for it to actually recognize the touch!

Work has about 14 hp's i'd recomend looking into them. They haven't died yet.

I wouldn't reccomend them either. My friend has one too. They're not that great at all. If you're saving up for a laptop, and you have $500 already, why not just keeping saving? You're already Half way there.

Yeah, just save for a laptop. It'll be worth it.

And you don't even need one of the really expensive ones. I have a friend who just bought one for 420$. It's pretty powerful, comes with Windows 7 Home, etc.
