clevo pc bios

there is a problem in finding a bios update file for my clevo pc pl200c because the clevo website don't give it .
after i upgraded clevo cpu from celeron 630 to intel 933 my computer took 445 from cpu and the only way to resolve this just by updating bios

by the way maybe someone tell us about the benefit of bios update>>>

Never done a bios update on any of my systems ever.
Side effects i cant say. Appears you have a problem though.
I imagine this cant be repaired inside the existing bios?

but I'm sure that the problem isn't form pc hardware becuase clevo pl200c manual Confirm that pc motherboard support higher level of cpu speed

Well, updating bios sometimes add some new features, other times add support to new CPU(my case). Probably your BIOS is a bit old and the development is discontinued and Clevo haven't updates (I checked website too). You can contact CLEVO support and tell them if they can give you an update if exists(http://www.clevo.com.tw/en/about/worlds_s.asp)
