Actually, i paid $40 for it, so im thinking the price worth it or maybe not!. Or i could have found better cooling devices with this price. I was going to buy one for Zalman ($40) but i decided to go for Thermaltake because it was on special.

It took me some time to fit the new one into the case. It's now performing good and the temp is around 22 ~ 27 on E7400 (2.8ghz). I hope the temperature will stay constant when overclocking to 3.2ghz.
Again Thanks for your support.

man use orthos or prime 95 for check if you did an OK overclock. I have a E8500 at 3.9Ghz with a sun beam tech cooler. You shouldn't arrive to 80ÂșC. I don't pass 56 on zero core and 51 on the first. Then you shouldn't try to use it with a multiplayer higher than x9,5. If you don't do any stress test FFT you won't know never if it's stable.
First learn then read again and be sure what are you doing...
