So Aussies, I saw this thing on the Simpsons years ago. Bart made a long distance collect call to Aussie and it ended up racking up like $900+ in charges. So Bart went back and they wanted to boot him. Does Australia actually have a booting as a form of punishment? I think it would be fitting for this dude. A nice big boot to the ass. This is rediculous, but, if it goes through, than I can see a trend appearing all over the world. This shouldn't be thought of as just an Australian issue. It's eventually going to happen if everyone sits idly by and lets it. It's rubbish tbh.

Wouldn't doubt if a group of nations got together and planned this, and, figuring Australia as a good test dummy, decided to give it a go there first. See what happens, then if it goes over well they can spread it to their countries, for further dissemination in others. It's just like China now. All hail the People's Republic of Koalas.

If people don't act against it, something will. That's how governments get things in place, they depend on people to not really care about it or think it's something that won't ever happen, then BAM. Another way is when they slowly change over time. A little change this year, a little in 2 years, and so on and so on. Eventually, they get to where they wanted it to be. It may take 20 years, but guess what? They won. It's going on in the US as well. Governments are instituting more and more far reaching laws.

The biggest worstest thing about this though, is they don't even publish the list. Like with US Military Law, one of the elements of nearly every crime is: That the accused knew blah blah blah (that the proeprty was someone elses...)

It's just ethically wrong. How can you hold someone to a standard if you don't let them know what that standard is?

Tell me about it! This whole thing is a political scam, they are using the cover of child pornography to get give them more political control but in reality they know this will do nothing to prevent child pornography, they will just use proxies. It's all about tricking ignorant people who don't know how the web works, hence why its important that as many people as possible are made aware of whats happening.
