Help. Having trouble logging into phpmyadmin.
#1
I have phpmyadmin installed and when I installed it, It asked me to make a username and password. When I try to log in it says:

#1045 - Access denied for user 'nevets04'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Language

Connection for controluser as defined in your configuration failed.

Did you tried Username:root and No Password
Or with your name without the password.

Yep user without password i think is default. If not your username and password for login. Cant remember though.
If its local why not just install webmin anyway. Much better tool.

Ok I'm sorry but it's 07:30 am and I didn't sleep.....

Back to topic, in your phpMyAdmin folder there is a config.inc.php file, which holds your password.
When you open the file you can see the pass and change it!
