Should I mod my rig?

I have a Gateway M 6862 laptop which I got for 500 bucks (oh yeah)

Cpu- intel core 2 duo 2.0ghz

Ram- 4.0gb ddr2

Video card - ati mobility radeon hd 2600 512mb

operating system- windows 7 64 bit

I was wondering if upgrading any of these would boost my gaming capabilitys? Thanks.

Laptops are a pain in the ass to upgrade.
you could get a decent tower with 500$.
With at least 40 times the Gaming ability than this laptop
