It's a very good website but
It takes some time to load
I think you can improve it by tidying stuff up and removing some plugins/content..

Too busy imho and it did take some time to load.

The side sliding menu is too much. There are lots of thing I think you need to tone down. And yes pun intended.

You need a new host, your images take too long to load. It looks nice though after it finally does.
