Probably not. The ipod fad has died down. It's the smartphones that are a big deal now.

Not only that, i-pod is a trademarked term and could land whoever owns it in some trouble, depending on how aggressive Apple decided to be in their enforcement of the issue. It's called cybersquatting if you own it in bad faith.

Omni made a good decision. I'm sure he got a decent chunk of change for it, and he isn't liable for what someone else does after he sells it.
