Well when I select SWF, it says it doesn't do this format.

It works for me, I have done it before. Try FLV, I can't imagine why you would need an SWF not an FLV for video anyway.

Never mind. I was playing around with Adobe Flash and found a spot to export as other formats.. xD I am such a noob...
