Laptops. I prefer them because they always come with more ram than a netbook,. I'm fixing to get one in like 8-14 days. From walmart, But I'm buying the same on online with 2 more gigs of ram totally to 3 and 500gig HD instead of 250 the price is 430$ with SH included. See walmart always cheats you so I'd rather spend the extra 30$ SH to get 2 more gigs fo ram with 100 more HF space.

Netbooks win as there faster, Good for emailing.. Surfing the web but they are crap for games like SA:MP, COD or Crossfire etc.

I think netbooks are useful in a lot of cases. It really really depends on what you are doing with it though. However, now a days if you are on the go you can do almost anything one of these can with a modern smart phone, which a lot of people have. Netbooks are easier to manage, but I wouldn't compare it to a laptop. With a laptop you are able to do a hell of a lot more things, netbooks are so limited. What if you are a gamer? A designer? A lot of that stuff wouldn't be able to fit there.

laptop wins.. When you consider the performance capability to mobility ratio BIG outspecced laptops still win against crap netbooks with 256.mb ram...
slowly getting better
