For me, i bought my computer since 2004 and never changed it till now. However i did upgrades on ram and video card. But whhat's next?
I mean, my max memory is 2 gig and the agp cards are not popular anymore, my motherboard is so old i cant upgrade any thing now. But to be honest, my pc is still efficient and never needed to do any more upgrades. I sometimes hate it how technicians these days force you to buy new hardwares whereas you dont need to. I still can play games on my pc with the specifications i have, i can play pes 2010 and civ4. In my experience and as i learnt in the last ten years 'If you know how to take the most of your pc hardware performance, you can achieve unbelievable results and no need to fall into upgrade trap'. p4 3.1ghz, 1.5g ram, 256 ati 9800 pro, S478 Good tutorial anyway. Thank You.

Nice guide, I enjoyed the read. I've only just updated my HD in the last 4 years and only ever wiped my Pc twice. It runs fine for anything, it's quiet fast etc.

Hi again,
Rob, I forgot to ask you a question? If you had an old computer like p4 with an old slow DDR ram of 1.5 g ram and in general, a 7 years old pc, would you upgrade? Jus asking to see what you would suggest as in your experience.. Thank you.
