Best host for vps hosting?

I am looking for a new vps hosting with free cpanel at $40 or below per month.
100GB SSD, 16gbs ram. I know I maybe asking too much for little price. But this is what I can afford.
So if anyone know any provider like my needs then please let me know.
Do you know anything about GTHost.com VPS hosting solutions?
Are they good? Any alternatives, please?

Any time i have had a query i get a reply (via a support ticket) within about 1h max, which is a lot better than some hosts i've been with, not to mention the price they charge and the amount of storage space/bandwidth by far outweighs the competition!!!
