Ok, so this wasn't done in MSPaint, the best photo editing program out!
This is a moving .GIF that was used for my proxy, cameronsprivates.com.



I'm pretty proud of it, and i can't remember the program i used to edit it. The background and text was made with Photoshop as two separate images, and then added together in the final program. I'm pretty sure it was an ancient version of Adobe something something.

Enormous 4mb file. I hope you don't have that as a site header. It looks fine but you don't add that much load to a site.
