1. Common sense
2. Knowledge on how to manually remove a virus
3. Commview every once in a while to check IN/OUT traffic.

Ehh I haven't been infected in over a year so I find no need for a anti virus.
Anything that they can detect you can also by using anti-virus scan engines if the file seems suspicious.

Lol these days antivirus doesn't matter really with all the crypters and what not. but my security is really just me im the only one on my comp so im the only one to download files and if i download anything that looks suspicious or anything i have sandboxie haha but if i had to choose i would say norton XD
