Managed dedicated servers are available from hostsailor.com and legionbox.com.
Never regret my time with you guys. Money well spent if you ask me.
Awesome top-notch hosting is available from them.
Support has to be one of the best around. You can get someone on the line almost immediately.

I have been hosted with many other companies but Okayservers.com is the best! They offer free domain - it's great.
My experience is great! I really love their easy to use control panel. Everything is great! The support-guys are very cool and fast!

At hostingsource.com prices seem to be the cheapest, but if they do not have needed configuration - go ahead and check hostgator.com, rackspace.com or kvchosting.net.
