Right Click on the "Start Menu"
Click on "Properties"
Check the Check Box "Use Small Icons"
Select the Task Bar buttons as "Never Combine".
That's it.

The 'normal' task bar, for me, is the one that comes stock. I rather the stock one anyway, can fit more a ton more icons on it.

You can also just use Small Icons while Combining them to get even more space;
At the top will be the same place you hang from.

I love this, because it looks WAY sexy.
The start button is big and the icons are small... Sexiness in my opinion.
