Internet loses connection when some uses the phone

Hello, I'm new to the forums and Id like to ask a question.

I'm from the UK and I use TalkTalk, I've tried to change the filters and it just doesn't work, whenever we get a incoming call or a outgoing call, my internet drops, it's very annoying, and TalkTalk's support sucks and they have no support tech team to send out to my area.

So is there a way I could stop this from happening, if not is there a program or something I can do to my router where I can end a call from my computer?
