They probably have a legitimate business account so doing this won't work. Paypal will just refund and that's it.

Charging back will get you no where if it was at once a legitimate payment. The company or seller will win the dispute because it's likely that they will fight it.

Assuming LF is a large community, I doubt PayPal will fall for a chargeback unless you have an exquisite excuse.
