I guess it's your network signal weak at that time.Because other computers share the same signal.Better every user get static ip.Make sure your computer doesn't have any virus and there's no browser .exe's still running in task manager while playing.Don't open any videos,stream and check if there any problem in your router.When i had the same problem,my ISP guided this.Now i have good connection speed.Finally i checked my game server ping using http://www.whoisxy.com/ping.aspx
