Need some advice

I have been getting jumps in traffic on RSKingdom for a while now where lately I have been randomly getting errors from having too many processes running. Then moving to a VPS with 512MB ram I was hitting the allowed amount. I am thinking I am going to need to invest into a dedicated server. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on some good dedicated servers for around to 150 dollar mark.
