i Tottaly agree but if u are using an internet cafe computer there is no need to use vpn or proxies...
I am from greece and here in internet cafes u cannot install or even change settings of the computer...

Well, for certain types of anonymizer service, you don't need to install anything, or change any settings, you just go along to the site that provides the service and browse via that.

There are many sites available, from which you can do this type of surfing from, for example:

All you need to do, is enter the web address to want to access, into the search area and away you go, .....anonymously!
