Mybb Plugin Issue

Well i am trying out this plugin

And i got it on the profile to say style with the image but when you click it it does nothing. I uploaded everything except the .css file sense i do not know where that would go. I tried the support link it gives you but it is no longer a site. Can anyone help or tell me were that .css file goes
