[Need Help] Currently working on a Parallax Scrolling Project

Greetings.

I am currently working on a Parallax Scrolling project where I needs your help with some functions.

The site loads really slow, and this is where I need your help, I was thinking of making a start loading bar, which should do so that when the site have loaded, the loading bar fades out and the real site comes in.

Does anyone know if this is possible? And if it is, then how?

With cleared cache...
