help!

Alright, I know this isn't the right section, nor I'm not allowed to post this, but I really need help.

A few days ago, I couldn't access HF. I can't even go on the webpage because it says "Hackforums.net is taking too long to respond."
I also can't access my router page too, says connection timed out...
Can anyone please explain what's going on

You're probably fire walled, just use a proxy, access the website and use the contact (http://www.hackforums.net/contact.php), select the fire walled option and tell them you're fire walled and they will fix it.

Now for accessing your modem.Reset your modem and see if it will allow you to access it, if not then contact your internet service provider, I'm sure they'd be glad to help you.
