So today, was a shitty day (Excuse my language). I got on my computer to check my balance on my bank account, $0.00. My account is a linked account with my parent, and they took MY money. Should I be able to get the money back by appealing? I mean seriously, they took EVERY single dollar, penny EVERYTHING. My balance is $0.00.

If you are 18 and older, and living in the US, you can sue them.

I'm sure I wouldn't have to sue them though. I'm going to try to appeal it tomorrow, and if that fails, I will sue them. I didn't get any notice of this levy which could also give me leverage if I were to sue them.
