Deleted Admin Still Appearing at Login

I deleted the original admin on a LION 10.7.4 machine but whenever I restart, that user still appears immediately after boot. I am required to enter the deleted user's password before I can access the real users on the machine.

Any experts out there?

YOu can just re install the os.
