Huge problem with linux vps

Hello, I am having a few problems with my VPS. First thing, I cannot get Ioncube to install correctly, second, my WHMCS is just a blank white page, and 3rd I need to setup some kind of firewall or IPtables or something. If you can help, post here PLEASE. I might pay;)

Did you bought it some where in some hosting company? Or you set up it at home?

1). Fix it via Cpanel.
2). Rebuild your apache.
3). CSF.

@Alone, I tried that, I tried that many times did not fix anything. And CSF, mind helping?
