Okay, in windows 7 there is now a new feature. With the right knowledge you can customizes your login screen. You can read how to do it here.

I made some for windows XP and posted on customize.org

Was a fun little project.

I have windows 7, just need to get around to installing.

I just used the default screen, because when you change the windows theme, the logon theme changes too.
