Here is me thinking its illegal to edit a document like a birth certificate?
Well it is here in Australia.
As for the age of the certificate. Well they would be using an extract. Not the actual original so yea it would be clear.
I am 40 and i have a perfectly clear birth certificate and can get another extract at any time that is also clear.
