How long has your website been up? Is this just a new project? If that's the case, I'm interested in hearing about how you plan to build up traffic, because a good idea doesn't get you as far as it used to.

its been up for about 1 or 2 weeks, its my first project. Iam not sure how to advertise it really, i keep posting on facebook the link to people, on other forum sites, like this one, post on youtube, battlelog, i have bought this traffic thing, so it increases the traffic, google seo(well trying to :L) but i dont know what else to do to get the site out there.

Imho, you should go with a .me/.us -- they're cheap, but they're recognized as full domains, and you have more choices. Stick with NameCheap/Name/GoDaddy, they're the best for domains.

I would say that .ne and .us are unknown domain, if i saw them i would think its spam or a virus, i think .net .com and .co.uk are the most know domains and are "recongnized as full domains"

.co.uk is less known than .me. If you want a short country domain, I'd suggest .ca, people know those as the Canadian TLD, and are short and moderately cheap.

ok, so i have now changed the theme, and iam thinking of getting a new domain, but i dont know what to get. any suggestions? i would like to be a .net or a .com
