I'm currently adding some parts up (not yet purchased) for a high-end, yet not too expensive, gaming computer I'm about to build.
[CPU] Intel Core i7-3820 3.60GHz (Sandy Bridge-E) Socket LGA2011 Processor - Retail
[Mobo] ASUS Rampage IV GENE Intel X79 Socket 2011 DDR3 PCI-Express Motherboard
[RAM] Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-15000C9 1866MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit (CMZ16GX3M4X1866C9)
[GPU] MSI GeForce GTX 580 Twin Frozr II OC 1536MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
[HDD] 3TB Seagate ST3000DM001 Barracuda 7200 SATA III Hard Drive - HDD
[PSU] 1050W Corsair HX Series 80PLUS Silver Modular Power Supply
[Case] Corsair Carbide 500R Black Midi Tower Chassis w/ USB3.0
Total = £1319.92
At a glance, does this look fine? Is there any changes I could make to improve it (without adding much more cost), etc.
Thanks in advance!
