Almost everything about that website is visually appealing, but the glow(s) you put on the logo are terrible, the logo could use work.

Not bad, it's just a little too bright in my opinion. But that of course is only my opinion.

It looks fine, but it's very hard to get a strong forum running now because of so many.

I agree the site is bright, but captivating.
The banner could use a little touches, but overall the layout is clean and simple.

Change the logo, the glow is just disgusting.

Also your forum is boring, it as nothing special that makes me interested.
It has everything most of the big boards does.
