I have seen many work out methods like "P90X" "CrossFit" and so on. I was wondering if anyone every tried these and if they worked out.

Yeah but those forums are for like hard core workouts. I've seen some P90X and that crap just makes you work till you drop dead :|. I still don't know what to do, lol.

P90X is good if you're trying to get cut and lean. Insanity (another program like P90X) is good for building muscle and gets you ripped in 60 days. You can get either, it's not like you HAVE to do the whole thing. Only as much as you can do without completely killing yourself. But you should always push yourself to get the best results.

Yeah well I don't want to get totally ripped like a body-builder that goes in those competitions and put that oil on themselves >.< lol. Getting "in shape" would be enough I suppose.

Well, if that's what you want I would recommend P90X for you then.

Like what RooR said, if you do P90X, you can get fit, and strong fast.

It'll take a long time before you have huge muscles like a bodybuilder. Plus, they do different exercises than in certain fitness programs.

I've tried P90X, it's challenging, and rewarding too.
