Rather nice smooth theme.
You have a few issues with the border radius: http://prntscr.com/64u8r
Take a look at the CSS Labrocca uses at CSS, that should resolve your issue.
I also like a gap between the catergories, but thats up to you, if thats how you like it.
Id also make a slight difference in background color, I know you dont use the tcat for the forum lists, but in the board stats it would nice to have a slightly lighter grey, just very slight.
Theres a purple border on the bottommenu, not sure if its ment to be there or .. ?

Logo looks top, who created it?

Also I would be tempted to advertise but your buyout prices are way to high, I pay $15p/m for a header ad on an active PR3 forum with 3k5 members. Just something for you to think about.
