Kinect or Playstation Move?

I missed that word "other" in there, although what other impact do you need? That's about the only impact anything in the gaming world has had; inspiration for future gaming technology. PS1 itself didn't influence the gaming world for the console that it was for technological advancing, however it did affect PS2, which eventually lead to the PS3. And that comparatively is the role that Kinect will follow for this new concept of gaming. That's the way I see it.

All I've said is that the Kinect & Move, as it is, aren't very good, and aren't worth the money. I understand the concept behind them, and the influence they will have on future products, but that's like absolutely everything in this world... You can see influences where ever you look. I don't think the main idea of the Kinect is what will become a big hit one day, but I do believe that some ideas based on the Kinect, will be taken, and put into use with future gaming products, whether it's the design of it, the hardware side of it, the interactive side of it, or whatever.
You must have misunderstood what I've been trying to say because you seem to disagree with me agreeing with you, which is causing me some confusion.

To summarise, the Kinect & Move products as they are right now, aren't worth buying (in my opinion), however I do think they will influence further development of future gaming products.

Maybe your wording was a bit off for the way that I read and perceive things, as that's exactly what I was trying to say this whole time too lol.

I guess we can now agree to agree haha.

Playstation move all the way. It is more accurate by 1000x then the kinect and wii are.

The Kinect has my vote. Though I am a die-hard PS3 fan, the Playstation Move's controllers are like the Wii, but more accurate.

Kinect is much better than the PlayStation Move's controllers and it's more accurate I would say as well and it works for PC with a mod.

I have the Playstation Move and i must say i am certainly not impressed. It's a trouble to use and often means that the games you play are nothing but hand movement. I would choose Kinect over Move anyday!

I like the kinect, Altough it is a bit more buggy then the Playstation move, I defiantly have to go with it.

Playstation move looks like your holding a light bulb for uncle fester or something LoL. Personally i would purchase the kinect just because is by far the more superior of the two. No remotes required adapts to your body shape so you get better motion detection. However choose which you think is better my friend as you may not be happy if u do not go with what u want. Kinect FTW, that thing makes your TV like a big touch screen thing (sort of). Maybe not yet, but in the very near future I can see the Kinect (I literally can, like in the demo videos by game companies) making gaming a virtual reality thing. People have to move around and you can swipe your hands to select stuff, the best part is that it's all controller free.
