I see it, but that's what i'm talking about, it's the only thing on the page. The ad of justin beiber or whatever you have going on. I don't understand what you're getting at or what's wrong here that needs fixing.

Is your adsense account new?? as in did it just get approved or what if so then i think wait for 12 - 24 hours..

Yeah, it takes time for adsense to approve.

Well, only things I see are justin bieber photos, wallpaper and the small counter

No I've had the account since 2009, the add modules are new though.

Also, the site is for a facebook app lol. You refresh the page and it says different things like beiber loves or hates you etc...
