What kind of drug-addled minds created this?

A bear/cat/pelipigus moxocioal is trying to save a boreal forrest from destruction, not realizing that it is being destroyed because it was planted on top of a toxic byproducts disposal site that is leaking.

You play as an amputee bear inexplicably driving a hibernation Sedan. You eat a bunch of food and then hurry to the bear cave before a blizzard comes. You also occasionally get attacked by some kind of badger which chews on your face.
