Could you possibly make the background transparent? Not sure if possible with animations but it would be a lot better if you could.

Nope, not really possible unless you want it to look kind of horrible.

Yeah it's possible, but gif with transparency is only good with a fewer range of colors. It's not good at all for transparency tolerance though.
