The picture isn't me, haha. I would never put a picture of me up on a website of mine, too many people hate me xD.

I don't think the image is too big, could be smaller I guess, but IMO it's fine.

It's just poorly rendered, that image. Not a huge fan of the theme in general, TBH.

I have seen that free theme online, you should at least give credits to the designer (btw, it isn't a very good theme and doesn't get the "coder" feel across one bit).

Typo, I entered .php by mistake and it's .html instead. I edited my post, sorry for the confusion.

You didn't do much "cleaning up" and proper credits belong in the footer. By default, it was in the footer but you removed it.
