Wireless settings not locking???

Recently my MacBook Pro 4 months out of warranty under went a major mend at the Apple store, new screen and hard drive. Since then the wireless settings are continually dropping despite locking authenticating etc. I really hate BT openzone!! Does anyone know whether it is a fault that I should go back to Liverpool or is there something I'm missing?
Hope you can help this fault is driving us crazy, self employed we don't get much time to go to the store, hence my plea....

Do you have Lion? Since I'm having the same problem at the moment..
There is something wrong with that I think.

Try to delete the profile and then reconnect to the network.

System Prefs>Network>Airport>"Advanced">"WiFi" tab> select your netowork name and then hit the '-' button (or delete key).

Once deleted, rejoin the network.
