bad to shower very warm water with cold feet

Yeah this isn't good, but why are you showering as soon as you get home anyway?

I have the same issue like you, cold feet and hands in winter. I never think it will harm my body when take a very warm shower. My feet have frostbited now.

That happens to me when I sit in the hot bath for a while. I think it's normal.

It is normal, it's just your blood starting to circulate properly again at a faster rate because you're heated up.

Circulate faster does it means they will expand? Like a rubber band. It will break someday? But then I guess they will fix itself.

Its a very noticeable difference, not just subtle. They say having bad shower filters, Start with a cold shower, washing yourself normally with warm water and then finish with cold water. thanks.
