I usually drink 3 litres of Boost Energy a day.

Check your blood sugar now, i'm sure that's not going to look very healthy. Plus if you really drink that much, the likelihood of you having a heart attack is pretty high.

I love energy drinks, especially Monster and Redbull. My favorite would have to be Monster since it gives me a Buzz like Redbull, coffee and other caffeinated liquids wouldn't. I usually drink Monster to boost up my energy for a day most commonly for a tournament of a sport or a tryout at school, works like a charm.

On topic, I love Red Bull.
There was a good week or two when I would drink one everyday.

TBH, energy drinks do not really give me energy, I just love the taste of Red Bull.
