Omniscient replied on the last page I believe saying that if you PM him at 100 posts and haven't got the User Note from Sam, you will be rejected without inspection.

This means that if I approve you and you don't keep up the quality you can still be denied.

I don't see why you should care though? Users should dislike themselves for not conforming to a decent standard posting quality level... I haven't found it hard to take an extra minute or two to put in a few more words and take time into the post before hitting Submit.

It should be common sense though for everyone to judge what is decent quality and what isn't. I'm sure every spammer knows what they post, and the level of quality that went into it, but they still become careless because they focus on the end goal anyway.
