I play basketball 3-4 times a week (competitively) and lift four times a week, usually every other day, though I've been slacking this past week because of the Holidays.

I generally do progressive workouts such as the 100 workout every second day and cardio running every other day.
I'm not trying to gain amazing muscles but more just to keep in shape.

What is the 100 workout every second day? I've never even heard of the method.
That is the same reason I lift and work out, run, etc... to stay in shape and get toned.
